These Terms of Service govern every use of The Attractiveness Report: the free on-device attractiveness test, the guides, and the $19 one-time report. Every promise in them points at a page where you can check it.
Who Are These Terms Between?
These terms are an agreement between you and The Attractiveness Report Ltd, the company that operates The Attractiveness Report. Using the free tools or buying the report means you accept them.
The agreement starts the moment you use the site, because there is no account system to click agree inside. Run a free scan, read a guide, or buy the report, and these terms apply to that use. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement like this on your own where you live, use the site with a parent or guardian's consent. The company's registered details live on the contact page.
What Does the Free Scan Include?
The free attractiveness test is AI facial analysis that runs fully on your device: your browser maps 478 landmarks and computes an attractiveness score, and nothing uploads. Photos never leave your browser.
The free scan is provided as is, at no charge, with no account and no email collected. Because it runs on-device, we never receive your photo, and the privacy policy states exactly what that means in practice. We can change, pause, or retire a free tool at any time; since nothing of yours is stored, nothing of yours is lost when we do. What your score means is documented openly on its own guide.
What Do I Get for $19?
Your Attractiveness Report costs $19 once. Not $19 forever. It is never a subscription, there is nothing to cancel, and delivery is a PDF you download and keep.
The paid report is a one-time purchase, described in full on the report page. You must be 18 or older to buy it; the free scan carries no purchase and no age gate. Payment runs through Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. Buying the report requires uploading a photo: that photo travels over TLS, is used only to generate your report, is deleted within 24 hours, and is never used to train a model. Every purchase carries a 7 day, no questions asked window, stated in full in the refund policy. Delivery is a file you keep, with no login required to keep reading it.
Is Any of This Medical Advice?
No. Nothing on The Attractiveness Report is medical, clinical, or mental-health advice. A score describes a photo's geometry, and it is a starting line, not a verdict on you.
The site measures faces; it does not diagnose, treat, or advise on any condition. We do not recommend or sell cosmetic procedures, and guides that touch on appearance research state what the evidence says and where it stops. If a question about your face, skin, or wellbeing belongs to a clinician, take it to one. No outcome is promised from following anything published here.
What Do You Agree Not to Do?
You agree to scan faces you have the right to scan, your own or another's with clear consent, and not to probe, overload, resell, or misrepresent the service or its output.
Scan your own face, or someone else's only with their knowledge and consent. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse the paid delivery system, and do not resell the report or pass off the site's content as your own. Ownership is simple: your photo remains yours at every step, the report generated from it is yours to keep, and the site's text, code, and design remain ours.
What Is the Limit of Our Liability?
The service is provided as is, and The Attractiveness Report Ltd's total liability for any claim connected to it is capped at what you actually paid: $19 for the report, nothing for the free tools.
A liability cap is standard in terms like these; ours matches the scale of the product, a measurement instrument. We work to keep the scan accurate and the site available, and the methodology page states known limits plainly, but we cannot warrant that a score is error-free or that the site never goes down. Where consumer law in your country grants rights that cannot be waived, those rights stand.
How Do These Terms Change?
These terms change only by this page changing, with the last-reviewed date at the top updated to match. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current version.
Updates are posted here, never emailed, because we hold no email addresses to send them to. The date at the top never moves without a real edit behind it, the same rule the editorial policy applies sitewide.
These terms sit beside three companion pages: the privacy policy for what happens to a photo, the refund policy for the 7 day window, and the AI policy for where AI runs and where it does not. Together they are the whole agreement, written to be checked, not just accepted.
